Founded in 1995, Partners in Evaluation & Planning is a woman-owned limited liability company located near Baltimore, Maryland. Partners' staff has over 30 years of combined experience in program evaluation and program planning.

Every project is custom designed to meet the unique needs of each client and program. We often use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect the data that is needed to answer clients' most important questions about their programs. Our work is designed to be in keeping with our philosophy that evaluation should serve the needs of the client and should provide clients with information they can use to make informed decisions.
